Do you offer prescription lenses?

No, we don't offer prescription lenses at this moment. However, all our frames are RX-able and can be fitted at your local optician's office. This ensures that you receive the most accurate fit for your vision needs.

How long will my order take to ship?

If the order is placed before noon, it is typically processed the same day. Orders placed after noon are processed the next business day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed, a tracking code will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. You can use this code to track your order on the carrier’s website.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. The price of the shipment may vary based on the destination country you are in.

We use USPS as our carrier, and apart from the processing time, it typically takes 2-6 business days for the product to be delivered.

Please note that upon receiving the product, you may be charged extra fees for customs duties and taxes imposed by your destination country. This is the responsibility of the customer.

International shipments may also be more prone to loss or damage as the process is more complex, potentially resulting in longer shipping times. In the case of a lost or damaged package, please contact the carrier directly to help locate your package.

Also please note that international orders out side of US are final sale.

What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy for all our frames (both glasses and sunglasses), with the exception of gift cards and final sale items.

Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable, and there is a $10 return shipping fee if you opt for a refund.

If you choose an exchange or store credit, the return shipping fee is waived.

If there is damage or visible wear on the product, or any part of the accessories or original packaging is missing, we may reject the return. If a return is rejected, the package will be sent back to the original shipping address.

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days after receiving the product at our warehouse.

If free gifts are not included in the return package, we may deduct the retail amount of the gift from the refund.

How does the return process work?

Once a return is initiated, we will send you a prepaid return label via email. Print the return label, package the product in its original packaging, and drop it off with the specified carrier.

Please make sure to return the product within 7 days after the return label is created.

Ensure that the product is in its original packaging, with all flyers, gifts, and packaging in original condition for the return to be accepted.

We may refuse future orders from customers who have made previous unsubstantiated claims for non-delivery of goods or have filed too many returns.

Are the frames covered by a warranty?

Yes, we offer a one-year warranty on manufacturer defects from the original purchase date.

Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, improper care, or exposure to extreme temperatures (e.g., lens scratches, broken parts).

How do I change or cancel my order?

Our warehouse team processes orders very quickly.

So if you'd like to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order.
