Shipment Processing TimeOrders are typically processed within 48-72 hours after placement. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected:
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- US Standard Shipping: $6, delivery within 2-7 business days.
- USP International Shipping: $30, delivery within 2-6 business days.
Please note that delivery times do not include order processing time.*
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can track your delivery through our carrier’s website. If you have any concerns about your package's status, please contact us at help@shopjenno.com with your tracking number.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please send a cancellation request to help@shopjenno.com within 1 hour of order confirmation. Requests made after this time can be processed through the refund process upon receipt of the product.
Additional Terms and Conditions
- Signature Requirement: We're not responsible for loss or damage after delivery if packages don't require a signature and are left outside the given address.
- Customs Clearance: International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, potentially causing delays beyond the original delivery estimates. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by their local authorities. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information before placing an order.
- Refused Packages: If a package is refused and we incur shipping, duties, or additional customs charges, those expenses will be deducted from the original order amount before issuing a refund.
